Our journey over the past few years has been shaped by ambition, growth and valuable lessons that have strengthened our understanding of who we are and where we want to go.
Following the acquisition of Rain-Ag Shipping and the establishment of JSM Bulk Shipping, we stepped into a larger more corporate-style operation, investing heavily in building a storage, handling and shipping business, with the ambition of operating at a much larger scale. Unfortunately, the reality proved very different. While this chapter brought valuable experience, it also highlighted the challenges of operating in a volatile shipping industry, where fluctuating freight rates, global pricing pressures and changing market conditions created an environment that was unsustainable.
Through this experience, we gained a clearer understanding of where our strengths truly lie. We realised that our greatest value comes from staying close to our clients, understanding their operations and delivering practical solutions backed by genuine relationships and hands-on experience.
Rather than turning away from our past, we have used it to sharpen our focus. It is a continuous reminder of our strengths and relationships with our valued clients.

Our vision is to continue supporting our clients, growers, and industry partners through reliable logistical transport and freight solutions that meet the demands of their operations.
From Bulk Commodity movements through Queensland Ports and into key cropping regions, to General and Interstate freight, Heavy Haulage, Hot Shot and Priority Freight, Wharf and Container Park Logistics, and Warehousing and Storage, we aim to provide flexible services that help keep supply chains moving.
